Item Availability:
If an item is in stock it will say the “available quantity”
If an item does not show a quantity available then it will have to be made. All pendants take about 4-5 weeks "due to covid" to make and ship, your patience is appreciated. We ship them in the order they come in and as soon as possible.
Most of the time in-stock orders will ship out the next business day but it may take up to three business days before an in stock order ships out.
Necklaces do not require the 4-5 week production time. If it is not in stock it will typically ship in 3-4 days.
****It is possible that there are minor errors in my inventory count so if you are expecting it to ship immediately please email me to double check my inventory count. If you order something I don't have in stock, I do my best to email and notify you****
Address Changes:
We do not allow the change of address after a purchase. You must cancel and re purchase to make any change in address..
Combined shipping:
We do not allow the combining of shipments, make sure that all of the items intended to be purchased are present in your cart with the correct selection.

Sun Grown Jewelry / DShur Creative Studios is not responsible for any delays that impact delivery dates or transit time once the package has left our location and cannot be held accountable due to delays caused by, but not limited to, carrier service interruptions, inclement weather delays, acts of God, derailments, stolen packages, etc.
Shipping rates:
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the items in your order. To calculate the exact shipping cost of your order simply add the items you're interested in to your shopping cart and update to the desired quantities. At the bottom of the shopping cart page there is a shipping calculator. Simply enter your State and Zip code and then click the apply button to see your shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY
Our satisfaction guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. *Some restrictions apply*
- Items that were made to order "not in stock" are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All exchanges must be in new condition, in original packaging.
- No Refunds after 14 days from date of purchase.
- All Returns will be credited back to the card in which it was purchased.
- Merchandise that has been altered in any way is not returnable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
- Items that became damaged after delivery.
- Engraved items
- Item(s) shipped over 30 days from sales receipt.
